The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bed were comfortable and very well presented. When the initial room had no hot water, they immediately upgraded the room to a suite. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a single information sheet on things like the safe, dinner and breakfast times and various other facilities in the room and hotel.

Hotel was cozy, clean, and with a fantastic staff. Food was superb. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on different days and it was a pleasant surprise to have an excellent Peruvian cuisine so close. A major thanks to the attentive staff that helped to not only book a city tour but also helped us negotiate the service. I would go back.

The rooms were spacious and the location is great. Staff was mostly helpful - i was checked in by Pia who was just and amazing person, bubbly, efficient and so helpful - even suggested some great places to go and eat as i wanted to explore the city outside the hotel

staff was amazing - everyone from front desk to maintenance was pleasant. the room was spacious and comfortable with lovely furnishings / decor and a bed that invited lounging and deep sleep. not much street noise considering the heavy traffic in lima.

kindness of the staff. They take care of my allergies when i was invited to New year's Dinner. Dinner i must say was a totally experience.! The room i got was big enough. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. The a/c runs quiet and smoothly.
