Manto Hotel Lima - MGallery Collection

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bed were comfortable and very well presented. When the initial room had no hot water, they immediately upgraded the room to a suite. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a single information sheet on things like the safe, dinner and breakfast times and various other facilities in the room and hotel.

The rooms were spacious and the location is great. Staff was mostly helpful - i was checked in by Pia who was just and amazing person, bubbly, efficient and so helpful - even suggested some great places to go and eat as i wanted to explore the city outside the hotel

The room we were initially given did not match the room we booked on Booking.com - the hotel were very understanding and promptly changed the room type when we queried this.

staff was amazing - everyone from front desk to maintenance was pleasant. the room was spacious and comfortable with lovely furnishings / decor and a bed that invited lounging and deep sleep. not much street noise considering the heavy traffic in lima.

Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Clean.
